Frequently asked questions
Many factors go into creating a implementation plan and timeline. How long your project takes is dependent on your project size and the division of labor between KnarrTek and your company. For the most basic implementations, you could be up and running in a weekend. Streamlining a high-efficiency industrial operation will take more time, but if you have specific timing targets or goals, we can set you on the right path of support and product education that will make your specific team successful - even taking into account your staff's existing workload.
KnarrTek can facilitate connections between our Bellhawk Software and several accounting and ERP systems via our partner software, MilramX. Bellhawk is a flexible system which does not have a standard interface to any system, but with MilramX, can have a purpose-built interface to work with your facility's needs. From CAD to QuickBooks, KnarrTek can assemble a solution for you.
CALs, or Client Access Licenses, are usually assigned to managers who are managing inventory or creating orders in BellHawk. A DAL, or Device Access License, relates to the number of pieces of equipment or stations out on the floor.
You can create an unlimited amount of users using a single DAL, allowing for kiosks to be made or having people from multiple shifts using the same device. This allows the pricing the stay lower and not be "one-to-one" for the number of people out on the floor.
You just need equipment that has a barcode scanner and either an integral web browser or is connected to a PC with a web browser.
If you are label printing you need to make sure the printer meets your printing requirements.
For a facility-wide implementation, we can demonstrate how BellHawk can keep tabs on workers, containers, and process flows, to help you fully optimize your operation.
